"Archer's World"

Copyright 2012, Tano Music

Words & Music by Tom Sperrazzo

Day after day, never-ending night after night it goes;

Searching for the answers thrown in a tangled pile;

Grift and betrayal lurk behind the family smile.

Look underneath--What do you find but

Shrouded enigmas, strange wretched passions;

Then you dig deeper, only to discover

Scars and wounds for years unhealed.

There in the twilight waits an answer unrevealed.

Out of the fog comes a strange emerging, illusive form;

Vague like a phantom haunting the midnight air.

Eyeball and tail it-- lead me to the devil's lair.

Pull back the sheet--What do you find but

Shrouded enigmas, strange wretched passions;

Then you dig deeper, only to discover

Scars and wounds for years unhealed.

There in the twilight waits an answer now revealed.
