When I write I gravitate to pleasures;

There is no problem stating joy in so few measures;
But it  would really stretch my art to state
The torment in my heart
If I had to tell it all
In just one chorus brief and small..

To give a singer happiness and passion
That any listner would believe--not hard to fashion;
But when it comes to heart-break,
i must choose my words with care;
To get that feeling in one line-- 
That's the challenge that is mine..
